Everything we hold on to gets heavy after a while.
We each carry our own burden of heavy things like worry, fear, pain, and bad habits, harsh words from a loved one, or a regret from the past? But what we don't realize is that it is not just we who suffer from the weight that we carry through the world. As it impacts our work, relationships, health and everyone around us.Letting go can feel scary, and uncertain, at same time it also feels light. When we let go of what we don’t like about our self, our body feels light. It may be our weight, our laziness, our insecurities, our fears, our jealousies, past regrets, guilt, resentments and all our other negativities that weigh our self-respect down.
