Object


We all claim to be objective, we don’t allow distractions,
We fight against injustice, we know what is right,
Our minds made up, we shrilly boast of our views,
Why do we cloud out thought with religion and politics.
We become Object of ridicule when we stand exposed,
Our so called middle class mentality so crass,
We shout, fight, push, kill to get our outdated thoughts across.
We Object to rightists and leftists and support the leftovers.
We think of our security and benefits selfishly,
We object vehemently if anyone else comes up in life,
Our closed door schooling has made us into robots,
To hell with Objectivity as long as our Object is safe and sound

Myriad of emotions, plethora of options, many an exit to start anew, Squares and rounds mingle to create a prism of brightness, The miasma of subconscious is wiped clean in showdown, The nature will Reflect the subtle war and the ultimate victory.
